Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or less, including same-day cancellations, will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A valid card on file is required to book and secure all appointments. There is a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. Deposits are non-refundable, must be paid within 24 hours of booking, and signed forms are required to secure your appointment.
